1. Who gives the consent and to whom
By ticking the consent checkbox when you register on apiToken.sale (including registration through Google or GitHub), you freely, by your own will and in your own interest, give the operator of the Service, apiToken.sale (contact: apitokensale@gmail.com), your specific, informed, and conscious consent to process your personal data on the terms below.
2. Personal data covered
- Email address, display name, and account identifiers.
- Profile data received from Google or GitHub if you choose OAuth sign-in: account identifier, name, and email address.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device data, cookie and session identifiers, and event times.
- Payment and usage data: top-up amounts, payment status, API key identifiers, and request metadata.
- Messages and other data you send to support.
3. Purposes
- Registering and maintaining your account and performing the User Agreement (public offer).
- Sending service email to the address you provided: address confirmation, password reset, security alerts, balance, payment, and receipt notices, and notices about changes to the Service and its terms.
- Support, security, fraud prevention, and compliance with legal obligations.
4. Processing actions
Collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, and destruction, with and without automation.
The operator may engage hosting, email, payment, analytics, and authentication providers listed in the Privacy Policy, only to the extent needed for these purposes. Some of them are located outside your country, so data may be transferred across borders.
5. Marketing email is a separate consent
This consent does not cover advertising. Product news, promotions, and special offers are sent only if you ticked the separate optional checkbox at registration. You can withdraw that consent at any time through the unsubscribe link in any such email or by writing to support, without affecting your account.
6. Term and withdrawal
This consent is valid until the purposes are achieved or until you withdraw it. To withdraw, write to apitokensale@gmail.com from the address of your account. The operator then stops processing and deletes the data within 30 days, except data it must keep by law or for payment, fraud, or dispute records. Without this consent the Service cannot provide an account.
