1. Agreement and operator
This User Agreement (the “Agreement”) is between you and the operator of apiToken.sale (“apiToken.sale”, “we”, or “us”). The official contact is apitokensale@gmail.com. By registering, signing in, topping up, creating an API key, or using the Service, you accept this Agreement and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. What the Service provides
apiToken.sale provides prepaid access to supported third-party Claude and GPT models through unified Anthropic-compatible and OpenAI-compatible API gateways, together with account, key, balance, usage-ledger, and support functions. We are an independent platform and are not affiliated with or endorsed by Anthropic, PBC or OpenAI.
Model availability, limits, context windows, features, and upstream prices may change when upstream providers change their services. The current public model and pricing information is published on the Service.
3. Eligibility and accounts
- You must have legal capacity to enter a contract and provide accurate registration information.
- One person or organization may not create duplicate accounts to obtain repeated welcome credits or evade limits. Registrations pass automated anti-fraud screening; welcome credit may be withheld for accounts our systems link together (see Section 6).
- You are responsible for activity through your account, sessions, and API keys. Notify support promptly about unauthorized access.
- Google and GitHub sign-in are optional third-party authentication methods and are also subject to the provider's terms.
4. API keys and acceptable use
API keys are confidential credentials. Do not publish, transfer, or embed them in publicly distributed client code. Usage authenticated by your key is treated as your usage unless we determine that the Service caused an error.
- Do not use the Service for illegal activity, malware, credential theft, fraud, harassment, exploitation, or infringement.
- Do not attack, scan, overload, reverse engineer, bypass limits, interfere with billing, or access another user's account or data.
- Do not resell or sublicense access unless a separate written B2B agreement expressly permits it.
- Comply with applicable law and the acceptable-use rules of upstream providers.
5. Prices, tariffs, and metering
The Service uses a prepaid usage model, not fixed token packs. You choose a whole USD amount to add to your platform balance. A request's official API spend is calculated from the upstream model's published input, output, cache, and other applicable usage rates. We then apply your active discount and charge the result to your platform balance.
Example: at the flat 50% discount you pay 50% of official API spend, so $100 of official API usage charges $50 from your platform balance. The request ledger is the billing record. Displayed estimates may be rounded, while billing uses the exact calculation.
B2C accounts are billed at one flat 50% discount applied to every request, with no tiers, spend thresholds, or monthly retention targets. B2B discounts are set under an individual invite-only agreement. Prices shown before payment and the active account discount control the transaction.
6. Payments and promotional credits
Payments are processed by the payment provider displayed at checkout. A top-up is credited only after valid provider confirmation. Processing time, exchange rate, payment-network fee, and supported refund route may depend on that provider. Do not pay to an address or account not generated by the official checkout.
A new eligible B2C account may receive $5 of platform welcome credit. Promotional credit has no cash value, cannot be withdrawn or transferred, and is limited to one eligible customer.
Welcome and promotional credits are a discretionary gift, not a contractual entitlement. They are granted only after automated anti-fraud screening of registration signals (such as device, network, email-provider, and velocity attributes), and we reserve the right to decline, delay, withhold, or reverse such credits at our sole discretion and without prior notice — including for accounts that our systems link to another account or to coordinated registration activity. Declining a credit does not restrict any other account function, and paid balance is never affected by these checks.
7. Refunds
A top-up is refundable only if BOTH conditions are met: (a) you request it within 5 calendar days after that top-up, and (b) none of the balance from that top-up has been spent — the paid balance must be completely unused. Write to apitokensale@gmail.com from the account email and include the order identifier.
Once any part of the paid balance has been consumed by API usage, that top-up is final and non-refundable in full — we do not refund partially used balances. Promotional credit, the welcome bonus, and payment or network fees already incurred are never refundable, and free credit is always spent before paid balance.
Eligible refunds are returned to the original payment method where technically possible. Identity, ownership, and anti-fraud checks may be required, and provider processing times apply. Outside the 5-day fully-unspent window, top-ups are non-refundable except where a mandatory consumer right or a remedy for a Service failure cannot legally be excluded.
Please contact support before initiating a chargeback so we can investigate. Because paid balance can be spent immediately, a chargeback on already-consumed usage is treated as unpaid usage; fraudulent or duplicate chargebacks may result in account suspension while the dispute is reviewed.
8. Availability and upstream services
The Service is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted access, a specific model, output, latency, or result unless a separate written B2B agreement says otherwise. Requests can fail because of maintenance, capacity, networks, upstream providers, safety systems, or events beyond our reasonable control.
Model outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and must not rely on them as professional, legal, medical, financial, or safety-critical advice without qualified human review.
9. Suspension and termination
We may limit, suspend, or terminate access to protect users or the Service, respond to legal or provider requirements, investigate fraud or security incidents, collect an unpaid obligation, or address a material breach. Where reasonably possible, we will explain the restriction through the account email or support channel.
You may stop using the Service and request account closure. Closure does not cancel completed usage, pending disputes, or records we must retain. Treatment of unused paid balance follows the Refunds section.
10. Intellectual property
The Service software, design, documentation, and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. This Agreement gives you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the Service as intended. Rights in third-party models, software, and outputs are governed by the relevant provider terms and applicable law.
11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, or uninterrupted or error-free operation. You use the Service, upstream models, and their outputs at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, apiToken.sale is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses, nor for lost profits, lost revenue, lost or corrupted data, business interruption, or any decision, action, or content produced from or relying on model output — including outages, delays, rate limits, suspension, upstream-provider behavior, inaccurate or blocked responses, or loss of paid or promotional balance. We are a reseller of access to third-party models and do not control, and are not responsible for, those models or their output.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for all claims connected with the Service will not exceed the lesser of (a) the paid amount you added to the Service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD 100. Promotional credit and the welcome bonus have no cash value and are excluded from any liability calculation.
These limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted and do not exclude liability that cannot legally be limited, including mandatory consumer rights. You are solely responsible for your content, integrations, end users, use case, tax, and compliance obligations, and you agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the Service or breach of this Agreement.
12. Changes, disputes, and contact
We may update this Agreement when the Service, pricing structure, providers, or legal requirements change. Material changes will be published on this permanent page with a new effective date. Changes do not retroactively alter completed charges. Continuing to use the Service after the effective date means you accept the updated Agreement.
