By creating an account and using apiToken.sale you agree to these Terms. apiToken.sale provides unified API access to third-party Claude models; you are responsible for how you use the outputs.

You must keep your API keys secret. Any usage authenticated with your key is billed to your balance. You may rotate or revoke keys at any time from your dashboard.

Prepaid balance is consumed per request from official API spend after applying the account's active discount. Balances are non-transferable. We may adjust model availability as upstream providers change their offerings.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties. apiToken.sale is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the API.

We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, attempt to resell access in violation of provider terms, or engage in illegal activity.
